Since I am a gardener and a big fan of feeding the earth, I kept reading about the Bokashi Method and how using EM-1 breaks down the process of food scraps and ferments it inside an airtight container, the idea became more and more exciting for me to try and I finally did. This was the answer I was looking for. Now I can ferment my food scraps all year long, even when the ground is frozen. EM1 is one of those things I couldn't really ever live without and I don't. I have a gallon of it now and from that I can make many more quarts at a time to use with to ferment the worms food.

EM 1 is an excellent product. We use it in our hot tub along with EM ceramics. It works beautifully and we are very happy not to be using chlorine or harsh chemicals.
